The Why’s and Wherefor’s

This is another blogger I have come across through Blogging 101.   They are reaching out to people who suffer from many forms of depression.  Something people don’t always want to talk about, yet affecting many lives.    It’s important to remember that those living with depression don’t choose to be depressed.   Depression has a biological component to it.   There are many types of depression too.     Please refer to my blog post from October 2015,  on National Depression Screening Day   October 2015    It’s quite informative!

I understand depression, as I have seen it in people who are co-workers, family members and friends.   These are lovely people who suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder, Manic Depression, Major Depression, Clinical Depression and even depression caused by underlying conditions such as Degenerative Disc Disease.

I think this should be an interesting follow.      A little optimism is something we could all use more of.

  1. I like your post. It’s a subject that many are interested in reading about. I liked when you mentioned your post of National Screening Day. I can imagine how useful and interesting it can be. I am sure I would have dashed there at once had you included the link. It makes it much easier for your readers. Without the link many people just move on to different things. Thanks for writing this and have a great day!

    1. Thank you! Yes it is an interesting topic, affecting many of us, our loved ones and friends. Thanks I will add a link every time now, that makes good sense. I have added your link to many social media sites I am on and doing quite well with. Best to you in continued success. Helping people is always so rewarding.
